CHappy New Year! Please join us for wine tasting on January 21st and 22nd from 11am - 5pm as we release our 2009 Santa Clara Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Additionally, on Saturday January 21st Ruth Lind from Silpada Designs jewelry will be here offering her inventory of fine sterling silver jewelry for purchase.

There is a $10 tasting fee which is refunded with any purchase and as always, wine club members receive complimentary tasting year round. Don't forget to bundle up as our tastings are outside!

2009 Santa Clara Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Blackberry, briar, black currant and tobacco notes form the bouquet of this young Cabernet. Typical of the lighter 2009 style that everyone is celebrating, ripe red and black fruit delights the front palate with noticeable acidity and smooth tannins following. The back palate hints of cocoa, blackberry and oak with a beautiful finish of black currant, dark chocolate and cigar box. Best held for a few years or well decanted to fully develop, this will pair well with steak and mushrooms, roasts and tri-tip!

Join the Creekview Vineyards Family by joining our Wine Club! Membership to our club entitles you to 6 bottles of wine two times a year, Spring (April or May) and Fall (October or November). You may be a member as long as you like. All members may choose to cancel at any time after receiving one shipment.

In addition to the 20% discount you receive on all wine club shipments, this same discount applies to additional wine purchases. Members will be able to attend several wine club only events throughout the year, including our annual artisan pizza extravaganza.
