The Fratelli Vineyard is located in South West Santa Clara Valley, Gilroy California and produces award winning grapes.

Tasting Notes:
This Chardonnay opens with notes of honey, spice and a hint of toasted oak and butter on the nose. Flavors of Honeydew Melon, caramel and Mackintosh apple which leads to a medium long finish of caramel, vanilla and spiced buttered rum. This Chard is lush enough to pair with Blackened Salmon or a seared Tuna with Shallot Cream, yet shows its new barrel aging well. A very “foodie” Chardonnay!
