The Vineyards: The Dorcich Vineyard is located in South West Santa Clara Valley and produces award winning wine grapes. The Wolfenbarger Vineyard is home to some of the oldest Mourvedre vines in California. The Murphy Vineyard is located in San Martin California.
Tasting Notes:
The aromas of this Syrah are of toasted vanilla, smoky black licorice and spicy mulberry. The flavors are of black current, caramel and vanilla cream with a hit of clove. The finish is of velvet with well rounded tannins. This wine will pair well with BBQ meats and spicy foods.
