The Dorcich Vineyard is located in South West Santa Clara Valley and produces award winning wine grapes. The Wolfenbarger Vineyard is home to some of the oldest Mourvedre vines in California.
The aromas of this Syrah are of earth, spicy smoke with a touch of eucalyptus. The flavors are of black current, black pepper and prune with a hint of caramel. The spicy finish allows this wine to pair well with BBQ meats and smoked ribs.
